Cancellation Policy

By booking an appointment with Rinse And Shine, you authorize us to perform the services selected for your vehicle and agree to the following terms. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment start time are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the scheduled service price. Rinse And Shine is not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions that may be exposed, worsened, or become more noticeable during the cleaning or detailing process, including but not limited to scratches, paint defects, rock chips, peeling or failing clear coat, oxidation, rust, dents, cracked or damaged glass, loose trim, emblems, badges, moldings, weather stripping, damaged or deteriorated plastics, wheels or wheel finishes, aftermarket accessories, loose interior components, damaged upholstery, weakened leather, failing adhesives, headliners, carpets, floor mats, electronics, switches, buttons, or other components that are already damaged, deteriorated, improperly installed, or beyond normal condition. Certain areas of a vehicle may be especially susceptible to damage due to age, wear, previous repairs, aftermarket modifications, or deterioration, and cleaning may reveal conditions that were not readily visible beforehand. Rinse And Shine will make reasonable efforts to identify and document obvious concerns before beginning service; however, not all pre-existing or hidden conditions can be identified in advance. Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings, valuables, documents, electronics, weapons, money, and other items from the vehicle before service. Rinse And Shine is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal property left inside the vehicle. Cleaning and detailing services are intended to improve the vehicle's condition and appearance but cannot guarantee the complete removal of every stain, odor, scratch, pet hair, discoloration, or other imperfection. Results may vary based on the vehicle's age, condition, materials, previous care, and severity of the issue. If Rinse And Shine discovers a condition that presents an unusual risk of damage or requires additional work beyond the selected service, we may pause service and discuss the condition with the customer before proceeding. Any additional charges or changes to the agreed service will require customer approval before the additional work is performed. By booking an appointment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
