Cancellation Policy
To avoid being charged a 20% fee, please notify all cancellations at least 24 hours before the stated start time of the appointment. Please note: service or travel fees may apply. This additions will be disclosed following the start time of your appointment. This is to cover any additional time, chemicals, shop supplies, and any other incidentals not accounted for in the service you are purchasing. Please call us immediately at 314-319-3597 if you need to make an appointment adjustment within 24 hours. Please Note: If the service times provided do not work with your schedule, we also offer overnight details! We will pick your vehicle up by 5:00 P.M. and have it back by 10:00 A.M. the following day.
